The Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment review plats, zoning requests, conditional uses, and variances to guide the city’s long-term development. The group meets twice monthly—on the Thursday after the first Monday and the Thursday after the third Monday—at 4:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
