[ARCHIVED] Watertown Fire Rescue Responds to a Two Vehicle Accident

Watertown Fire Rescue responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident at the intersection of 9th Avenue and 2nd St NW.

Upon arrival on scene, WFR personal found a minivan that was traveling east on 9th Avenue that struck a mid-size car traveling south on 2nd Street. The van suffered heavy front end damage and had fluids leaking. The car suffered damage to passenger side. WFR personal cleaned up and properly disposed of the leaking fluids.

Watertown Fire Rescue would like to remind drivers that as winter approaches the roads will become slippery and vehicles will not stop as quickly as they do on a dry surface. Remember to allow your self enough room in front of you to stop.
