On 09/10/13 at approximately 9:58am Watertown Police, and Watertown Fire Rescue responded to W.W. Tire in response to a vehicle crash involving a 1998 Peterbilt Semi Tractor with trailer driven by 33 year old Mr. Daniel Brandenburger from Nassau, MN and a pedestrian 29 year old Mr. Ryan
Kirschenmann from Clear Lake, SD.

Daniel believed that he was able to leave and released the brake on the Peterbilt. As the Peterbilt began to roll forward employees caught his attention and he stopped the Peterbilt.

It was found that Ryan was still working on the trailer and had become trapped between two sets of dual tires as the brakes were released. As the brakes were released Ryan was drug approximately 6 feet until the Peterbilt and trailer came to a stop. Ryan was transported to Prairie Lakes Hospital by Watertown Fire Rescue where he is being treated for his injuries.
