Victoria Howell was last seen on Aug. 2nd, 2013 in Watertown, SD. Victoria was riding on a white & blue sport motorcycle with an unknown male and possibly headed to Sturgis, SD for the Sturgis Rally. Victoria has had no contact with her family and friends since the end of July, which is unusual for her. The last activity on Victoria's financial account was July 24th.

Victoria does not have a cell phone or any known means of transportation. She has resided in Sisseton and Watertown, SD. Victoria may also possibly head to Sioux Falls, SD or Texas where she has family.
