Watertown firefighters will be at multiple intersections this week. Firefighters are conducting their annual "Fill the Boot" drive in support of MDA(Muscular Dystrophy Association). Firefighters will be wearing reflective vests and have fire apparatus parked near some of Watertown's busier intersections asking for donations. There will even be a chance to see "Sparky" the fire dog at these locations. So please support the MDA and WFR by giving a donation at the following intersections and times:
Aug 26th from 3:30pm to 6pm, Maple St. and 14th Ave NE(Near Jefferson School).
Aug 27th from 7:30am to 9am, 21st St. and 4th Ave. SW(Near Watertown Box Corp).
Aug 27th from 4:30pm to 6pm, Hy-Vee parking Lot.
Aug 28th from 7:30am to 9am, 3rd St. and 3rd Ave. NW(Just north of downtown fire station).
Aug 28th from 4:30pm to 6pm, 10th Ave and Maple St. NE
