WFR responded to an RV fire on Friday afternoon at the Watertown RV Park on South 5th Street. The fire was reported by a neighbor. The RV was occupied at the time of the fire, but the sole occupant was able to get out without any assistance. The cause of the fire is undetermined. The damage was limited to a small area behind the refrigerator, between the interior and exterior wall. There were no injuries to report from the fire.
WFR would like to thank the WPD for their assistance on scene. Please remember to have a working fire extinguisher in your RV just in case of a fire....as often times RV's aren't built to the same quality as a standard home and fires tend to spread more rapidly. Thank you and stay safe. WFR
