Watertown Fire Rescue was called at 2222 to a fire at 218 21st St SW, Sunchase Apt, with report of fire in a room. Upon arrival heavy smoke and fire was reported coming from the building. At this time the building is still on fire but ALL residents are accounted for and safe. 1 person has been transported to PLH with minor injuries. Again ALL residents are accounted for and safe. A more detailed report will be released later. No travel is advised in the area.
