WFR responds to a single vehicle accident about 4 AM, A car hit a light pole that sheered off, then contacted and came to rest on high voltage power lines. The high voltage line had to be shut down, with the NE part of Watertown losing power for a short while. Utilities dept. removed the pole and restored power. Vehicle fluids and debris cleaned up. WFR was assisted by WPD, Utilities and a local towing company. No injuries were reported. Acting Lt. Justin Pietz
