City Facility Schedule:
- Closed Wed., Dec. 24 and Thurs., Dec. 25

- Landfill (running garbage collection on Dec. 24)

Watertown Regional Library
- Closed Wednesday, Dec. 24 through Friday, Dec. 26
Prairie Lakes Wellness Center
- Christmas Eve: Open 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Christmas Day: Closed
Solid Waste - Christmas Tree Collection
- Real trees collected on regular garbage day for two weeks after Christmas (December 29, 2025 and end January 8, 2026)
- Trees must be real, unbagged, and free of decorations/lights
- Artificial trees will not be collected
- After January 8, 2026, Christmas trees can be brought out to the landfill by the resident and the appropriate tipping fee paid.
Solid Waste - Green Cans Holiday Collection
- Dec. 22, 2025 – Jan. 8, 2026
- Green yard waste containers may be used for extra holiday waste
- Set containers out by 5:00 a.m. on your regular collection day
- Leave 4 feet between all containers
- Green containers may not be used for waste after Jan. 8
