On the morning of 12/2/25 at approximately 6:30am WFR units were called to the area of the 200 block on 20th Ave SE for a pickup vs Semi accident. Units that responded were Engine 4, Medic 4, and Medic 5. Upon arrival crews found a pickup vs semi truck. Crews noted severe damage to the pickup truck. The Jaws of Life was used to extricate the driver from the pickup. Crews remained on scene for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
