The City of Watertown Public Works Department will begin work on the lift station improvement project on Monday, October 27, 2025. The work is scheduled to be completed by November 7, 2025, pending any unforeseen issues.
The lift station improvement project scope includes the reconstruction of the lift station lid and road surface work around the replaced lid. This project goes from 522 South Lake Drive to 532 South Lake Drive.
There will be one lane traffic along South Lake Drive near the lift station. During construction there will be times when access to driveways is limited.
As with any road construction project, motorists should exercise caution and observe all traffic control devices and flaggers in and around the construction areas. Residences and businesses will remain accessible most of the time. Motorists are asked not to park on the street in work areas.
