Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle on Highway 212 – One Transported to Hospital
Watertown, SD – On October 10th, 2025, at approximately 2:30 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian incident on Highway 212.
The Watertown Police Department and Watertown Fire Rescue responded promptly to the scene. Watertown Fire Rescue responded with Medic 4 and Engine 4 to provide medical care and scene support. One patient was assessed on site and transported to Prairie Lakes Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Watertown Police Department. No additional details are available at this time regarding the condition of the individual or circumstances leading up to the incident.
