[ARCHIVED] Missing Person/Welfare Check-Mr. Semage Parks-UPDATE

On 12-11-14, Watertown Police confirmed that the Spink County Sheriff’s Office had contact with
Semage K. Parks on 12-02-14 about 1415 hrs. Mr. Parks was in the area of Doland, SD. Several calls were received from citizens in the Doland area reporting a black male walking on the side of the road. Mr. Parks was using a different name when he was contacted by the Spink County Sheriff’s Deputy. The name that Mr. Parks is using at this time is Kevin Walker from the Tennessee area. The last known contact with Mr. Semage Kevin Parks was on 12-02-14. He was walking Northbound on Hwy 37, one mile North of Doland, SD.

enforcement or the Watertown Police at 605-882-6210.


On December 7th, 2014 the Watertown Police Department took a report of a missing person, Mr. Semage Parks, a resident of Watertown, SD.

Family, Friends, and co-workers of Semage Parks are concerned for his welfare. Semage is described as a Black Male, 6’1” 209 lbs, age 52. Semage was last seen on the evening of December 1st, 2014. If you have seen Semage Parks please call the Watertown Police Department at 605-882-6210.
