The Codington County Sheriff’s Office and the Watertown Police Department have taken
numerous residential burglaries in Rural Codington County, Henry, Florence, and Watertown.
Alcoholic beverages and gas cans were among the items reported stolen.

In a joint effort between the CCSO and the WPD, Mr. Jacob Cornelius (11/25/1994), Mr.
Dylan Flannery (9/18/1994), and a juvenile male have been charged with 1st Degree Burglary.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
Jacob Cornelius and Dylan Flannery are residents of Watertown. The juvenile male is from
Goodwin.

1st Degree Burglary is a Class 2 Felony and is punishable by twenty-five years in the
penitentiary and/or a $50,000 fine.
