Weather permitting, on Friday morning, May 20^th, 2022 from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m., the Watertown Street Division will be sweeping the roadways in the Downtown Business District. 

This will encompass all streets and avenues within the following boundaries:

• Hwy. 81 to 3^rd Street W. and 1^st Ave. N. to 1^st Ave. S.
• 2^nd Street E. to 1^st Street W. and 1^st Ave. S. to 2^nd Ave. S.
• On Maple Street from 2^nd Ave. S. to 3^rd Ave. S.

The upcoming scheduled sweeping dates for 2022 in the Downtown Business District are as follows: 

• May 20^th 
• June 3^rd 
• June 17^th  
• July 1^st 
• July 15th
• July 29th
• August 12th 
• August 26th 
• September 9th 
• September 23^rd  
• October 7^th 

Sweeping will occur from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates listed above. Unexpected emergencies or adverse weather may cause delay in sweeping. 

Please do not park any vehicles on the roadways listed above during these aforementioned timeframes. There are several public parking lots within the Downtown Business District for your use. If you have any questions, please contact the Watertown Street Division at 605-882-6207.
