On 05/05/2021 at 10:25 PM, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of 9th Ave SE. 

During the stop, a vehicle search revealed evidence of drug distribution and 1.7 ounces of methamphetamine.

A passenger of the vehicle, Becky Cooper (Age 35 of Watertown), was arrested and charged with Distribution of a Controlled Drug, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession or Use Drug Paraphernalia.

22-42-2 Distribution of a Controlled Substance Schedules I or II is a Class 4 Felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and $20,000 in fines.
