A Snow Emergency has been declared by the City of Watertown. Please note the following plowing and sanding schedule:
Tuesday, March 4th, 2025
- Currently plowing & sanding, Highways and Emergency Snow Routes.
Wednesday, March 5th, 2025
- 5 AM: North Zone, East Zone, South Zone, and Lake Zone – ALL ROADWAYS (streets and avenues). Also, Central Zone STREETS ONLY (not avenues).
Thursday, March 6th, 2025
- Midnight: Downtown Zone – Streets, avenues, and alleys will be cleared.
- Downtown Zone Business Owners: Clear sidewalks by Midnight.
- 6 AM: Central Zone – AVENUES ONLY
No Parking Reminder: Parking is prohibited and subject to ticket and tow in all listed areas until the snow removal is complete.
If snow accumulation or blowing conditions worsen, the Street Superintendent may adjust the schedule to prioritize highways and emergency routes.
