[ARCHIVED] City of Watertown Parks, Recreation & Forestry Board Announces Limited Openings

Following Parks, Recreation & Forestry Board action on April 28, 2020, the following are updates on the status of certain facility operations.

Effective April 29, 2020 the following facilities were opened to the public, conditioned upon requirements for usage posted at each facility:   Slumberland Disc Golf Course,   Jackson Crossing Disc Golf Course,   Tennis Courts,   Pickleball Courts, and   Dog Park.

City Park Campground will open to the public on Friday, May 1st, 2020.  No comfort stations will be available for use.  All campers must have a self-contained bathroom facility.  Water and electricity will be available at each site. For more information, please call 605-882-6264. 

All City-operated buildings remain closed at this time.  The Facilities Committee of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Board will meet weekly to provide updates and recommendations on further openings.
