On April 23, 2020, at about 5:30 AM, after on ongoing investigation, the Watertown Police Department SWAT Team executed warrants simultaneously at 1032 8th St NW and 1005 9th St NW.

On April 23, 2020, at about 5:30 AM, after on ongoing investigation, the Watertown Police Department SWAT Team executed warrants simultaneously at 1032 8th St NW and 1005 9th St NW. In all, seven individuals were taken into custody and charged with controlled substance charges.

At 1032 8th St NW the following individuals were taken into custody:

 • Ceyanna Pilcher (DOB: 1-27-97)     

• Peyton Kirk (DOB: 3-31-96)                

• Cante Kirk (DOB: 7-3-91)                 

• Bodean Roberts (DOB: 11-27-94)   

• Charles Blue (DOB: 12-15-86) 

 Bodean Roberts and Charles Blue were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Distribute/Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Maintaining a Place where Controlled Substances are Kept or Sold. 

 Ceyanna Pilcher, Peyton Kirk and Cante Kirk were charged with Possession of a controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 

 At 1005 9th St NW the following individuals were taken into custody: 

• Wayne Heron (DOB: 1-17-91) 

• Antoine Eaglestar (DOB: 2-23-82) 

 Wayne Heron was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Maintaining a Place Where Controlled Substances are Kept or Sold and Possession of Marijuana 2oz or Less 

 Antoine Eaglestar was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). 

 All those arrested were transported to the Codington County Detention Center. Pilcher, P. Kirk, C. Kirk, Heron and Eaglestar were released on P/R bonds. 

 Blue was held on a $2000 cash or surety bond.  Roberts was held on a $3000 cash or surety bond. 

 The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigations and the Bureau of Indian Affairs assisted the Watertown Police Department Criminal Investigative Division throughout this investigation.
