[ARCHIVED] WFR responded to a vehicle vs pole

On January 1st, around 7:45 am, WFR responded to a vehicle vs pole accident with a reported unconscious patient. Medic 4 and Engine 1 responded to the incident. On arrival, crews found a crossover SUV that collided with a post on the fence surrounding the Intermediate school. Vehicle sustained minor to moderate damage to the front driver's side of the vehicle with no airbag deployment. Minimal damage to the fence. There were two occupants inside the vehicle. Both occupants appeared uninjured from the accident, however, the driver of the vehicle presented with an altered mental status from a suspected medical condition. One patient was transported to PLH ED for evaluation. Watertown Fire Rescue and Police Department were on-scene of the accident.
