The Watertown Street Department began phase III of street milling and asphalt overlay on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. The project locations include:

• 7^th Ave. S. from 21^st St. W. to Oakwood Drive
• Quadee Drive from 7^th Ave. S. to Hwy. 212
• A portion of the S. Bypass near the railroad track crossing
• 13^th St. W. from 4^th Ave. S. to 2^nd Ave. S.
• 2^nd Ave. S. from Hwy. 20 to Kampeska Blvd.
• 14^th St. W. from Hwy. 212 to 11^th Ave. S.
• 11^th St. W. from 2^nd Ave. S. to Kemp Ave.

This process involves grinding off the top layer of the road surface, and reapplying a new layer of asphalt.  Residences and businesses will remain accessible most of the time during this process.  Drivers are asked to exercise caution and to observe all traffic control devices in and around the construction areas. 

The attached map shows the proposed streets to be completed during the 2018 Mill & Overlay Phase III.
