On 5-7-18 at approximately 4pm a Watertown Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 9th Ave. SW. The traffic stop was conducted because the driver, Robert Martin of Watertown does not have a valid license.

During the course of the traffic stop, a vehicle search was conducted. During the vehicle search, personal use amounts of Meth and Paraphernalia were
located.

Robert was placed under arrest for the above charges and taken to the Codington County Detention Center. Robert is currently on probation for meth charges and is being held on a probation detainer.
