On 4-9-18 at approximately 1230pm the Watertown Police Department received a call from a local business regarding possible stolen credit cards.

Officers made contact with Leeveland Thelusma and Silas Wilson. Both parties are from New Jersey. Through investigation, it was discovered that stolen credit card numbers were being used to purchase gift cards and other goods.

During the investigation some marijuana edibles were located along with some goods that were recently purchased with the fraudulent credit cards. Bond was set at $15000 cash only.

This investigation is ongoing because there are several other cities involved where similar thefts have occurred.
