On 4-10-18 at approximately 0300hrs Watertown Police Department Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of 13th St. SW for a suicidal male. The male was armed with a knife and intoxicated.

Watertown Police Department Officers spoke with the male for a period of time before he surrendered without incident. The male was taken into custody and put in contact with some Mental Health Professionals.
