Watertown Fire Rescue crews responded to a house fire just after 12:30 pm at 403 Herzog Drive today, 3/19/2018. Upon arrival crews found heavy smoke and fire coming from the attached 2 stall garage of the residence. Crews made an aggressive attack of the fire and contained the fire to the garage. The garage received extensive fire damage, along with 2 snowmobiles and personal property in the garage, and the home received moderate smoke damage. Crews cleared the house of smoke. The home owners were home at the time of the fire and safely made it out of the house.
