On 11/15/2017 at about 8:30pm the Watertown Police Department served a Search
Warrant at a residence in the 400 block of 1st Street SW. Police were called to the
area to investigate a strong smell of burnt marijuana.

A small amount of marijuana, THC Shatter (highly concentrated THC oil), and drug
paraphernalia was seized. Mr. Michael Kelm and Ms. Teya Naumann were arrested
at the residence for the above charges. They are detained at the Codington County
Detention Center.

Naumann is being held on a $1500.00 cash/surety bond. Kelm is being held on a
Probation detainer.
