[ARCHIVED] WFR responds to two vehicle accident

WFR Fire and EMS crews responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of 6th St E and B Ave. N around 1545 Friday afternoon.  Bystanders stated that a southbound vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle.  Both vehicles had moderate front end damage.  The drivers of both vehicles declined medical assistance on scene.  Rescue crews cleaned up the debris and assisted a local wrecker service in removing the vehicles.  WFR was assisted on scene by WPD and a local wrecker service.
WFR would like to remind that the roads are still very slippery and intersections may still be hazardous.  Take extra time during commutes and beware in intersections.
