Upon arrival crews found a trash can that had burnt up and the trash was still on fire. Crews quickly extinguished the fire and the only damage was the loss of the trash can. The cause was undetermined.

WFR wants to remind people don't put fireworks or cigarette butts in the garbage until fully out and cold.
