At 1431, WFR responded to a Corn Field fire in a field that was being combined burning both combined and not combined corn. The fire had also moved into a stack of hay bales. WFR responded with 3 trucks and also called South Shore Fire for mutual aid with a tender truck. The fire was extinguished using water and also 2 tractor and disc's. Crews were finished at 1703. Loss from the fire is unknown at this time. BC McElhany
