WFR responded to a call in fire alarm at Spartan at 2920 13th Ave SE at 0200. When units arrived they found the alarm sounding with nothing showing. After investigating it was found that the sprinkler system had activated the system's pump but no water flowing out the sprinkler heads. WFR turned the issue over to maintenance and returned to station.
