Based on an on-going WPD investigation, Mr. Kiley Ramstorf, age 29 of Watertown has been arrested and charged with one count each of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Sexual Contact with a Child less than 16 years old and Solicitation of a Minor.

Mr. Ramstorf is currently being held at the Codington County Jail in lieu of posting a $5,000 cash or surety bond and the investigation into this case is on-going by the Watertown Police Department.
