The Watertown Regional Library is hosting a traveling exhibit, "Lincoln: The Constitution and the Civil War" now until November 15th. To celebrate, children of all ages are invited to the “Lincoln Logs, Legos, and More!” program Saturday, October 19th at 2:00 p.m.
The program will include discussion about Abraham Lincoln’s life as a child, and hands on activities building log cabins, fences, and other items from the pioneer days of Kentucky. Space is limited, please call 882-6220 or stop by the circulation desk to register. Younger children are welcome to attend, but may need assistance from their parents.
The library will also be accepting donations of Lincoln Logs or Legos to use in future programming. Anyone wishing to donate items can drop them off at the circulation desk.
