Weather permitting, starting on Monday July 7th, 2025 the SD Department of Transportation will have a lane closure on Sioux Conifer Rd for DOT Bridge Work. One lane shall be closed at a time, allowing vehicle passage on the open lane. The lane closure is scheduled to be completed by July 18th, 2025, pending any unforeseen issues.
The DOT bridge work scope includes maintenance work north of city limits on Sioux Conifer Rd bridge.
As with any road construction project, motorists should exercise caution and observe all traffic control devices in and around the construction areas. Residences and businesses will remain accessible most of the time. Motorists are asked not to park on the street in work areas.
