The City of Watertown will hold its municipal election on June 17th, 2025, and encourages interested residents to consider running for office. Open positions include Mayor, City Council Ward A, City Council Ward D, and an At-Large City Council Seat.
Candidates must be registered voters and residents of the ward they wish to represent. Candidate petition packets will be available at the Watertown Finance Office at City Hall beginning today, April 8th, 2025. Petitions may be circulated starting the same day. The deadline to submit completed petitions is May 9th, 2025, by 5 PM at the Finance Office.
