Watertown Fire Rescue responded to a 2-vehicle accident with Medic 2, Medic 4, and Engine 1. On scene crews found a large debris field with both vehicles having major damage. Engine 1 used the "jaws of life" to extricate one patient from the vehicle. A total of three patients were transported to PLH with serious nonlife threatening injuries. The eastbound lanes of 212 were temporarily shut down while emergency crews worked to clear the debris from the roadway.  Engine 1 remained on scene for approximately 1 hour.
