Just before 5am on January 8th, 2024, WFR responded to a general fire alarm at 401 Pheasant Ridge Dr, Benchmark Foam. On scene crews found the building with a heavy white smoke inside the manufacturing floor. Crews found a piece of equipment that appeared to have malfunctioned. The equipment was isolated and power turned off. The building was cleared of the white smoke and building staff was working on clearing all areas of the manufacturing floor and production should not be affected.
