Engine 4 and Medic 5 were dispatched via 911 to the intersection of 29th St and 10th Ave SE for a two-vehicle accident with airbag deployment at 4:00 pm on August 8th. Dispatch informed crews of possible injuries. Upon arrival, Engine 4 positioned the apparatus for traffic control. The engine crew assessed the scene and took measures to control hazards. Engine 4 crew assisted the EMS crew in moving 2 patient to Medic 5. The engine crew cleaned a small debris field on the roadway. Two patients were transported to Prairie Lakes Health Care System with non-life threatening injuries. Watertown Fire Rescue was assisted on scene by Watertown Police Department and Performance Towing.
