Weather permitting, the City of Watertown Public Works Department will begin the Downtown Alley Improvement Project on Monday, May 20, 2024.
Alley #7, between 1st St SW and 2nd St SW and W Kemp Ave & 1st Ave SW, will be closed during construction.
As with any road construction project, motorists should exercise caution and observe all traffic control devices. Residences and businesses will remain accessible most of the time. Motorists are asked not to park in work areas. Pedestrians are asked not to walk through the construction zone.
