Airlines

When booking your flight with an airline, be sure to let the airline know of any special needs or assistance you may require. Airline employees are on hand to provide wheelchair assistance, if needed.

Elevators

The Watertown Regional Airport is a single-level facility, with no elevators, and quick access to the security checkpoint.

Parking

Convenient parking spaces are reserved in all parking lots for those with disabilities.

Restrooms

All airport restrooms have an extra-wide stall with side railings and are accessible to individuals with wheelchairs or walkers. A family/unisex restroom is also available.

Security Checkpoint

Individuals requesting access through the security checkpoint must have a boarding pass. If you need assistance to your gate, a friend or relative may request a pass from your airline. Passengers with disabilities should advise Transportation Security Administration (TSA) staff of any special needs prior to screening.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome throughout the airport while assisting their owners. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.

Wheelchairs

Please contact your airline for wheelchair assistance to and from your airline gate. If you encounter problems locating an airline representative, please visit the Airport Administration Office.
