Building Services refers to the enforcement of building and fire code requirements adopted by the state of South Dakota. Building Services staff also provide support to Watertown's Board of Adjustment ad Planning Commission. 

Inspection Functions Include Accessibility, Construction, Fence, Fire, Flood-Proofing and Zoning.
