Comprehensive Land Use Plan
The Comprehensive Land Use Plan is a compilation of land use policies which serve as a guide for making development decisions. The plan contains land use policies for residential, commercial, industrial, and public utilities. It also includes:
  • Community facilities
  • Demographic trends
  • Development elements
  • Environmental constraints
  • Existing and future land uses

Area plans specify existing land use, planning issues, and development considerations for individual areas.
