WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
LABORATORY REPLACEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1716

Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the City Finance Officer until 2:00 PM on Tuesday the 23rd day of May, 2017 for the above referenced Project for the City of Watertown, South Dakota.

At or shortly after the time named above and within City Hall, such Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and referred to the City Engineer for review. Bids will be passed upon by the City at a subsequent meeting of the City Council.

The Project includes furnish and install labor, materials, and equipment for the Laboratory Replacement project including demolition of laboratory casework and accessories, installation of new laboratory casework and accessories, HVAC for exhaust fans on fume hoods, plumbing, lighting, electrical, painting, acoustical ceiling tile removal/replacement, together with related subsidiary and incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications.  

The Substantial Completion date on this project for the laboratory replacement shall be the 31st day of October, 2017.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder shall be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents.
