Watertown Fire Rescue Responds to Vehicle vs Building

Watertown Fire Rescue responded just before noon today for a vehicle that had struck a building in the 1600 block of 9th Ave.

As of March 25, 2017, the City of Watertown has lifted the roadway weight restriction(s).

Watertown Fire Rescue Responds to 2 Vehicle MVC with Injuries

Shortly after noon today, Watertown Fire Rescue responded to a 2 vehicle MVC with at least 1 known injury. Both a Rescue Truck and an Ambulance were requested to respond.

WFR Called to Trash Can Fire

WFR was called to 316 4 St SE for a trash can fire in the back yard next to a garage at 12:08 p.m. on April 23.

Free Residential Dumping Weeks at Watertown Regional Landfill April 10 through May 6

The Watertown Regional Landfill will provide free residential dumping (trees, white goods, cardboard, yard waste, garbage, and e-waste) for City of Watertown residents at the Landfill starting April 10, 2017 through May 6, 2017.

Compost is Available at Watertown Regional Landfill

Each residence of the City of Watertown is entitled to 2 free tons of compost annually with a Municipal Utility bill. Please bring your residential Watertown Municipal Utility bill when requesting free compost at the Watertown Regional Landfill.
