Delay Of Asphalt Roadway Repairs

The Watertown Street Department has yet to begin this year’s hot asphalt roadway patching as we are awaiting upgrades to the local hot mix plant to be completed. Once they are able to provide hot asphalt, we will be moving forward with street repairs.

Watertown Fire Rescue Responds to Motorcycle Accident

Watertown Fire Rescue responded to 10th St and 4th Ave NW on Sunday at 9:30 pm for a single motorcycle accident. The driver of the motorcycle was southbound on 10th St NW when he apparently lost control and ended up on the shoulder of the street.

The driver was transported to Prairie Lakes Healthcare System with unknown injuries.
